If we experience high order volume during sales or holidays, processing time may be slightly extended.

After your order is processed, delivery typically takes:

  • 5–10 business days within the United States
  • International delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier delays.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Weight and size of your package
  • Selected shipping method

Any available free shipping offers will be clearly displayed.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The shipping carrier
  • A link to track your package

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Wrong Address or Missing Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages.
  • A reshipment fee may apply if the package is returned to us.

However, we will assist you in the following cases:

If your package is lost or stolen:

Contact us, and we will help file a claim with the carrier.
Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
