Refund policy

At Talking T-Shirts, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Incorrect size (exchange only)
  • Item not as described

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging
  • Free from stains, odors, or wear

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items damaged by customer handling
  • Final-sale items (if marked as such)
  • Digital products or gift cards

3. Exchanges

If you need a different size or variant, we are happy to help.
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product, and we’ll assist you with an exchange (subject to availability).

Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except if you received a damaged or incorrect item.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns.
  • Talking T-Shirts covers return shipping for incorrect or defective items.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If your refund is delayed:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider
